2026-2027 Pastoral Cohort
ServingLeaders has created a private pastoral cohort that creates space for mutual learning, accountability, community, and a deeper dive into topics pertinent to pastoral and personal health.
Together, these pastors create a safe atmosphere where they can honestly share their own experiences and struggles and develop healthy strategies to address issues important to them. ServingLeaders’ goal is to see pastors equipped for ministry, known, and intimately connected to other ministry leaders.
The 2026-2027 Pastoral Cohort registration is now open.

What Pastors have been saying:
“The cohort had an incredible impact on me. It offered a space for ministry leaders and pastors like myself to sit around a table, sharing about similar, common issues in our lives and our churches and listen to Dave and Tucker provide Godly, timely wisdom. We were all in it together. It was invaluable.” Pastor Todd Madonna
"ServingLeaders led this cohort through the vulnerability of their leaders, Dave and Tucker, which allowed the rest of us pastors to be honest about how we were coming into the space. It’s a fantastic place for pastors to come and talk through these ruling passions that are problem areas for everyone, but for pastors, sharing vulnerably with church leaders and congregants isn’t always welcomed or well-received. The cohort was like heart education, where we learned more about ourselves and sought change and repentance together.”

“The cohort was absolutely amazing. If a pastor does not have people walking with him outside his church community, you have got to find it. It gives you the perspective you desperately need.” Pastor Matt Pilla
