ServingLeaders is excited to offer our first in-person Ministry Leader Gathering of 2022. We are hosting the same event twice at two different locations, covering the topic of Embracing new Limits and Opportunities in our new, post-pandemic ministry realities.
We will be addressing the leadership impact, challenges and opportunities we face as we move out of the past two years of turmoil and division. Although challenging, we believe that the future holds new opportunities for the gospel, refreshed priorities, healthy growth and mature discipleship.
This gathering, focused on “Embracing New Limits in Post-COVID Ministry Leadership,” is both timely and important. We have not come out of these past two years unchanged. The stress and shifting landscape of this time have left us exhausted, most likely hurting and potentially defensive, trying to stop the hemorrhaging of people and resources, caught in the middle of culture wars and political polarization. Our experience has shown that many ministry leaders are wanting to do whatever it takes to reestablish a more healthy, robust ministry in this “new normal.” How do we navigate this new era of ministry leadership with wisdom, being good stewards of our own hearts and our ministries?

This event is focused on ministry leadership but is open to all, including lay ministry leaders, elders, para-church staff and others in leadership positions outside of ministry. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but please register early to reserve your spot (and your lunch)!
