How can we stay emotionally and spiritually grounded in order to care well for our congregations, our families, and ourselves? And how can we avoid the burnout (physical and emotional exhaustion) and flameout (moral failure) that are all too often the result of seasons of challenge and stress for ministry leaders? We need vital tools to build resilience.
You are invited to join us for a Ministry Leader Gathering on "Avoiding Burnout Amidst the Challenges of 2024" with Tucker Else, J.D., MDiv. and Laura Nagy, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., C.P.T.
In this interactive and collaborative gathering, we will:
explore the phenomena of burnout and flameout specifically as it relates to vocational ministry,
identify warning signs that we may need to step back and tend to our mental and emotional wellbeing, and
walk away with practical tools to stay healthy and sustain our impact in 2024.
