After seeing the importance and impact of this seminar, which we offered this past spring in West Chester and Lehigh Valley, we are holding this workshop again in three new locations.
Don’t waste your pain! During the last few years of the pandemic, pastors were impacted in many profound and painful ways as we faced difficult challenges, divisive rhetoric and tragic circumstances. Have you stewarded the time to really reflect and learn from the past? Or, will you repeat mistakes or learn from the past? In this interactive workshop we will address the leadership impact, challenges, and opportunities we face as we move out of the past two+ years of change, turmoil, and division into the future that holds new opportunities for the gospel, refreshed priorities, healthy growth and mature discipleship. How do we navigate this new era of ministry leadership with wisdom, being good stewards of our own hearts and our ministries?
