Dave Wiedis is the Founder and Executive Director of ServingLeaders Ministries.

Dave is a counselor, attorney, teacher, and elder. Having witnessed firsthand the pressures of ministry and the devastation to families and churches that results from the lack of pastoral care for ministry leaders, he cares deeply for the Body of Christ and has been serving ministry leaders for many years.

Dave has a Masters degree in Christian Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University and J.D. from Villanova University Law School. In addition to providing personal and marriage counseling at ServingLeaders Ministries, he is an adjunct professor in the counseling department at Philadelphia Biblical University where he teaches both graduate and undergraduate classes in Moral and Legal Issues in Counseling. He has practiced law since 1986. He also served as Director of Development for the Alliance Defense Fund.

Dave served as a Ruling Elder for over a decade, served as the worship team leader and has led small groups and taught the Bible at Meadowcroft Presbyterian Church. He currently serves on the Church Planting Team for the Philadelphia Metro West Presbytery, and is on the advisory council to the Church Planter Community. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Providence Forum and as its COO, as well as on the Board of the Pennsylvania Family Council.
